Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Regent sells the most complete all-inclusive fare in mainstream luxury cruising. The headline is unlimited shore excursions - something most cruise lines sell separately - and on top of that the fare covers every specialty restaurant, unlimited drinks including fine wines, cocktails and specialty coffee, 24-hour in-suite dining, valet laundry and prepaid gratuities. The only gratuities not covered are for spa services.

Wi-Fi is included and runs on Starlink across the fleet. As of 2026, Deluxe Window, Veranda, Deluxe Veranda and Serenity Suites get two logins per suite, and Concierge Suites and above get four. Air is promotion-driven rather than fixed: Regent is advertising free roundtrip first-class air with private transfers on select 2027-2028 sailings, so check what a specific voyage includes before comparing prices.

Days are resort casual - shorts, jeans and sneakers are fine in public rooms until 6 p.m. After that, Elegant Casual (refined denim, slacks, collared shirts, dresses) is the norm, with Formal Optional evenings when suits and gowns appear. There are no kids' programs: Regent states it does not provide care or entertainment for children, guests under 18 must share a suite with an adult, and infants must be at least one year old.

The fares look high next to Oceania, Silversea or Seabourn until excursions, drinks and gratuities are priced into the others. Regent suits travelers who want to pay once and not think about bills on board, and who plan to go ashore on most port days.
