Oceania Cruises Cruises
Oceania Cruises sails 4 ships in our guide, with 14 cruises covering 9 regions. Compare ships, itineraries, and what real travelers say before you book.
Oceania is built around food. Its ships are small to mid-sized, its specialty restaurants cost nothing extra, and the line pitches itself to travelers who plan a trip around where they will eat as much as where they will go. The itineraries are port-heavy, with lots of Mediterranean, Northern Europe and long Asia and transocean routes.
Under the Your World Included fare, the price covers the specialty restaurants, unlimited Starlink Wi-Fi, gratuities for stateroom attendants, butlers and dining staff, in-room dining, group fitness and laundry, plus soft drinks, juices, specialty coffee and tea, still and sparkling water and smoothies. For bookings made from September 17, 2025, guests also pick one extra: a shore-excursion credit of up to $600 per guest depending on voyage length, or wine and beer by the glass at lunch and dinner. Cocktails and spirits outside those hours are still paid for.
The dress code is country club casual in the evening - collared shirts, dressy polos, tailored trousers or dressy jeans, dress sneakers are fine - with shorts and T-shirts only at the Terrace Cafe and Waves Grill. There are no formal nights to pack for. And since January 7, 2026, Oceania only takes new bookings for guests 18 and over; reservations made before that date that include children are still honored, so a few under-18s may still be on board through the transition.
Regent Seven Seas is the obvious step up, adding unlimited excursions and full drinks for a noticeably higher fare. Against Viking, Oceania offers more dining choice and a little more evening life; against Celebrity's top suites, it delivers a similar crowd with less of the big-ship bustle.
