There is a fourth terminal now: 16
Cruise Terminal 16 opened on November 7, 2025, at the entrance to the harbour - a $156 million, 165,000 sq ft building with two boarding bridges and its own $55 million parking garage, paid for by MSC and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. MSC Seascape was the first ship to sail from it. Royal Caribbean is at Terminal 10 and Carnival at 25 and 28, and Norwegian's ships now board at 16, so the old shorthand of three cruise piers no longer holds.
The port expected about 445 sailings and close to 2 million passengers in 2026.
Parking is cards only
The port's own lots are priced by the length of the cruise and booked ahead online, with covered parking near Royal Caribbean's Terminal 10 costing more and selling out sooner than the uncovered lots most Carnival passengers use. They take Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover - not cash. A reservation can be cancelled up to 24 hours before 9am on the departure date, for a $10 fee.
