This ship is best for travelers, often 50 and up, who want a classic, low-key cruise built around great food, cultural enrichment and live music rather than waterslides and nightlife. It is an especially strong Alaska ship thanks to the opening bow for glacier and wildlife viewing, and it also sails the Caribbean, Pacific Coast, Mexico and the Panama Canal. Value is generally considered solid for a midsize ship with quality dining, though the dated cabins temper that for some compared with newer Pinnacle-class hardware.
