Norwegian Pearl is a 2006-built, Jewel-class ship that carries about 2,344 guests and made history as one of the first cruise ships with a real bowling alley - four lanes flanking the Bliss Ultra Lounge on Deck 7. A 2021 refurbishment freshened the cabins and public rooms, but the Pearl is unmistakably an older, mid-size vessel that trades the bells and whistles of NCL's newest builds for an easier-to-navigate layout and a more classic Freestyle Cruising feel. Its reputation is solid but mixed.
