The Verdict
These two are about as close as sister ships get, so you won't feel shortchanged either way. The real split is in the unique zones: Celebration has The Gateway, a travel-and-nostalgia district, plus 820 Biscayne with its retro-Miami vibe, while Jubilee counters with The Shores beach theme and Currents, an ocean-inspired promenade. Both carry the excellent Excel-class dining lineup with Emeril's, ChiBang, and the Chibang/Cucina spaces, and both feel modern and easy to navigate. For most travelers the deciding factor isn't the ship at all, it's which one sails from the port and to the region you want, since Celebration typically works the Caribbean out of Miami and Jubilee runs Western Caribbean out of Galveston.
